I've done this with (2) masculine married male subs. It can be quite exhilarating for all involved. Tying their thighs together with a bathrobe sash and their ankles with one of their neckties enhances the experience. They can then feel the vibration when the other is being spanked. I made them hold hands also to knock the masculine ego down a peg or two. Using a wooden spoon on the soles of their barefeet is also a great way to create "memories" for both.
